Our magnetic cylinders are manufactured with high tolerance (+/- 0.003 mm max.) and with the highest quality materials. They are made to last many years without any wear. The tracks and axles are manufactured separately, with maximum hardness. The cylinder body is made of stainless steel, finished with care and quality exceptional. We also offer the option of an aeronautical aluminum body, recommended for large diameters, due to weight reduction and reduced transportation cost.
- It does not deprive the strength of the magnet and allows a high and balanced adhesion to the flexible magnetic die during use.
- It is possible to make them lighter when the body is made of aluminum or hollow inside.

The development of a cylinder can be easily calculated from the number of teeth (z). You only need the step of the tooth or module (m).
- Development (in inches) = z * m / π
- Development (in millimeters) = z * m
In the label sector cylinders with teeth 1/8 inch = 3.175 mm are mainly used.
